Project management team was instructed to develop a concept design and planning permit (WZ) application by the site initial owner. After positive resolution of this stage, the site has been acquired by Wisher Enterprise, who planned to develop a commercial office building there. The new investor required services of an experienced architect and engineer to develop full design documentation.
Wisher Enterprise is a Warsaw based developer, focusing on development of office and multi-functional projects. Currently Wisher is involved in office hotel and retail project located in Wrocław, named Silver Tower.
