Data Centres

The demand for data centre space is increasing at an accelerated rate, sustainability is a focus, the costs of ownership and leasing substantial high and making the right decisions is crucial to ensuring reliability and security of data.

Our Data Centre Advisory Group provides strategic advice and real estate services for data centres to occupiers, landlords, investors and operators.

How We Can Help?

Strategic advice

Understanding technical requirements and your business needs, we provide you with the strategic advice to align your business goals with your technical real estate assets.

We can undertake benchmarking, and lifecycle cost analysis to find opportunities to drive down operational costs and can assist with creating expansion and consolidation strategies.

Acquisitions and site selection

Whether you are looking to acquire colocation or wholesale space, an existing facility or developing new, we can ensure that the process is seamlessly managed from inception to completion, providing advice and negotiating on your behalf to give you the peace of mind that the very best terms are achieved.

Using our local knowledge, experience and our global agency network we can identify suitable sites and carry out due diligence to ensure that the location meets all of your goals.

We produce the Data Centre Risk Index that analyses at a macro level the risks affecting data centre operations in key established and emerging countries. We can produce bespoke models of the index helping you to make sure that the right location is selected for your data centre operation.
